By popular demand, here is a list of makeup tutorials to go with my list of hairstyle tutorials. I see makeup as a very important aspect in Lolita just like your hair or any accessory, your makeup can make or break your whole coordinate. So here is a list of makeup tutorials ranging in level of difficulty from beginner basics to elaborate designs. Because not every makeup style is going to look good on every person, I was sure to include multiple tutorials that work for each Lolita style in an effort to cover as many face shapes and skin tones as I could. That being said, I didn’t label them based by skin tone or anything like that because if you like a certain tutorial, even if your skin tone doesn’t quite match up with it, sometimes you can play around with it to make the same techniques work for you. Like I said, not everything will work for everyone, but it’s worth experimenting with.
